• Initial Consultation – The first, and possibly the most important, step in any new boiler installation is the initial consultation. This is when we listen to your requirements, make suggestions if requested and create an installation plan.

• Installation Day – Having decided which make and model you would like and chosen a date for us to install your boiler, we will arrive at the appointed time to complete the installation. All work will be completed to the highest standards, in compliance with relevant industry standards and national regulations.

• Commissioning – Once your boiler has been successfully installed, we will carry out various tests on it as required by the manufacturer and current standards.  This comprises of completing a full Benchmark Commissioning checklist which you will be issued with a certificate for.  You will also be issued with a Gas Safety Certificate which uploads you onto our in house systems meaning that you will receive automatic reminders annually notifying you that your annual boiler service is due.

• Hand Over – One of our engineers will demonstrate all controls and functionality of your new boiler as well as any external controls.  You will also be issued with a warranty certificate and a building compliance certificate.

• Tidying Up – Before leaving you to enjoy your new, efficient boiler, we will clean up the area in which we have been working ensuring all scrap is removed from site and disposed of responsibly.
